Powder Coated Layer
This service is ONLY for cups that are done by me -
Powder coating is a new addition I’ve added to my hand painted cups. It’s super exciting because it makes your cup dishwasher safe, scratch and chip resistant. It’s amazing for strengthening your cup & the art. Stanley tumblers are already powder coated with one layer (typically) so this can make your cup just as strong and functional as it was prior to the art!
If you have a cup painted by me prior to this being an option, I’d love to give your cup that extra boost. When you purchase this, I will share my address when I receive your cup, I’ll touch up any nicks or scratches that may have happened along the way or from being used. Once the touch is done, your cup will be sealed with a glossy powder coat finish!
*note: powder coating requires the item to be exposed to a high temperature for about 30 minutes. This may alter some colors - typically it darkens colors. Think of baking, orange may become red, light colors may grow a few shades darker, white may have a clearness to it. This all varies by paint & I cannot say for SURE how your specific cup may be effected. Please message me if you have any questions prior to purchasing.
